Allotments
Launceston Town Council manages three allotment sites, at Dutson (Ridgegrove), Kensey (Kensey Hill) and Grammers Park (off Moorland Road). All of the allotment gardens have a water supply connected.
Charges are £25 per year for the Dutson and Grammers Park Allotments, £30 a year for those at Kensey, plus £10 a year for water.
The allotments are relet in January each year. Existing tenants will be able to renew their agreement as long as they have worked and maintained their plot the previous year. There is currently a waiting list for plots at Dutson and Kensey, but not at Grammers Park.
Anyone who is interested in having an allotment should contact the Town Council; at present there is a Waiting List for sites at Dutson, Kensey is fully occupied (but without anyone on the Waiting List) and Grammers Park has one plot available.
