Committees
Committee Members are appointed at the Annual General Meeting held in May each year; the Mayor and Deputy Mayor are ex officio voting members of all committees. At the May 2011 Meeting, the following Committee Members were appointed:
Finance and General Purposes Committee
Cllrs Chapman, Miss Davey, O Harris, Hogan, Sandercock, Warne and Mrs Williams. A ballot was held which included the names of Cllrs Conway and O’Brien.
Planning Committee
Cllrs Conway, Facks-Martin, Mrs Geach, J Harris, Keighley, O’Brien and Mrs Young.
Lawrence House Museum Management Committee
Cllrs Miss Davey, J Harris, Keighley, Facks Martin and O’Brien. Cllrs Mrs Williams and Mrs Young stood down.
Staffing Committee
Cllrs Hogan, Keighley and O’Brien. A ballot was held which included the names of Cllrs Chapman and Miss Davey.
Properties Committee
Cllrs Mrs Geach, Hogan, Facks Martin, Mrs Young and the Chair of Finance & General Purposes Committee.
Environment and Open Spaces Committee
Cllrs J Harris, Keighley, Mrs Geach and Sandercock.
