PROPERTIES COMMITTEE
The committee has responsibility for the physical assets belonging to the Council (Town Hall and Guildhall, car park and public conveniences, priory ruins, Southgate Arch, Roundhouse, coach park, war memorial) and for advising the council on the best future uses of the buildings.
